    MAGNIFICANT!..... really Pat this is one of your very best paintings... the overall quality of the brushwork, colors, and detail is very consistent.. I really like this painting..

    I would agree with Gxh, dear Pat. Your strokes are getting more confident, thus thicker and daring, with a quite dramatic addition to Your paintings.

    This one is just wonderful, the brush work is so good, maybe some work in progress shots would be great for beginners like me.( Hint hint )

    Thankyou, Gary, Barry,Caesar, Geoff and Sandra, for your very kind words, such encouragement from all of you, appreciate it so much.

    Geoff, maybe this will help you experiment a little, I use size 30 on square brush on large areas, (sky, water) I only do about 1/3 of area then I use flat knife at 30 for blending, but when I blend I press very lightly on my pen,( very lightly) it takes a while to blend but I find this method works for me, to do smaller areas, do the same only with smaller sizes, I hope this helps, give it a try and post it no matter what you think, would love to see it.....Pat
