    watermelon

    I love all kind fruits! mostly i feed myself with them ,than anything else!


    Here is my watermelon piece! Made with crayons ,and for the table just airbrush and a stencil.

    really fine still life painting's of the watermelon and the cherries. very very expertly done... the colors and lush quality of the fruit just jumps off the page... yummy ....

    You painted in the most masterful, fresh and artful way a trio of fruits which a literally adore! Extraordinary!

    As for the watermelon I must say I feel also a little regret reminding an aboriginal type I used to eat when I was a boy, which then disappeared for commercial reasons (especially because the good ones percantage was not high enough and it required some knowledge to guess the good or special ones by drumming, pattering and tapping, whichever the appropriate verb , unless they allowed You to probe it by cutting a little pyramidal wedge). It was big enough and round and had larger black seeds which were often kept and seeded again to preserve the best quality ones alive.
    One of the sad food stories of our agricultural treasures that business and the common European market quantitative and over ruling policies determined.
    As for the lotus, actually we've got both this soft juicy type, but also a vanilla type You may eat biting it like an apple.
