    Stormy Weather II

I always wondered if what you paint is the inner feelings, locked up, repressed, waiting to be realeased. Art Rage Studio Pro TJ

tony - i think this is one of your best that I have seen to date. I like the muted grays and hints of color... the landscape design is very fine and depicts a somber mood ... superb work!!

Experience I would say, if your feelings are showing as you say...I look at the stones, and see that the water has rounded them. The lightning as a part of being a grown up. Beautiful.

That lightning is very believable. The scene is almost like a frozen landscape with a thunder storm. Not impossible. I like it!!

Thanks all for your fine comments on this artwork. I enjoyed working with the limited palette to make the lightning really stand out. I added the air brush with the same color as the lightning with very little pressure along the rays......glad you liked it..........................TJ
