    Just having fun

    Just playing with painttube, stickys and mettalic, doing Peter's thing with the duplicate and blend , using knife to get my shapes (doing several times) and I think thats it It's ugly but it was fun

    justjean - i like this work its darkness and metallic qualities make for a powerful abstract image almost landscape like. this was a nice venture into this method of working...

    Jean, you are funny, great sense of humor,I dont think it is ugly, I like the imbossed look, and as you said (you had fun) and that counts a lot

    to me it looks like a swamp landscape at full moon, very dark though shimmering ... and spooky

    well done - I like it

    Jean, you are a woman after my own heart. The playing and experimenting often times results in some spectacular stuff. Try experimenting with canvas texture. You may be pleasantly surprised at what you get.

    I looked at this again and you can start to see things in it. That is one of the fascinating things about doing abstract. Each one of us will see something different.

    The perfect painting. Everything I aspire to. I feel very strongly for this painting. I assume it reflects your view of the world. And it is beautiful. This is somewhere I want to be at that moment.

    hi jean that smooth part well the smoothess of the rough stuff is what i
    should have used on the passage walls to give them that rough plastering
    effect yeah Thanks

    WOW, Jean...I like this painting and I can tell you had fun with it...:-)
    Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.
