    Golden Rose

So I tried my new found skills of painting looser without manipulating a photo (but used a photo reference). Done with oil and knife.

    A graceful jewel painting!
So this is the best demonstration that, as i was sure of, You can generate marvels whatever is the process You use and also photomanipulation tool requires a unique artistic mastery to get the marvels You showed us previously.

Deb - I just watched your video! I loved it! I was fun to see how you took a photo and transformed it into the painting - THAT IS A SKILL! you gave more luminance and life to the flowers than show in the photographs. This work today has the same luminous quality to the color that I find fascinating. Thanks for sharing these

Looking down on this painting I see a dancer with skirts flying as she twists and turns and then such a beautiful flower. Nice painting indeed MacPix

    Smile

Caesar--since this was not a manip., it took a lot longer to get it to where I wanted to go. I actually had 2 flowers in the original piece, but cropped it for a more dramatic effect. I will use this for reference for a large canvas painting (without a "roadmap", I fear I will wander again into the detail district).
ghxpainter--thanks for checking out the video! That was so much fun to plan and put together!
J Witt--I am so glad you enjoyed this!
P.D. Dinkles--thank you for your kind praise!
coops--I see her too! Thank you!
pat1940--I enjoyed creating it. Thank you for your enjoying it!
D Akey--Thank you so much! And I do plan to recreate this in a large painting.
