Yoda, how did you capture stopmotion of artrage??

The idea of being able to stopmotion an artrage drawing/painting is facinating.......Yoda,what apps did you use other than artrage?

Wow, now I can see why you downloaded the trial version. 300 US is a lot for something I would use probably as long as a trial version!
Thanks for the heads up Yoda.

    (Looking up Camtasia)

Yikes. . . I just looked up one that was really cheap several years back and it too is in the 300 + range.

Times and appetites have changed over the last 5 years or so.

YouTube IS a great venue for that though. People are now leaving comments and feedback in the form of videos as well. I want to play! Such visual conversations. Amazing.

    Yoda,
Thank you for sharing your work, I liked it.
Also, I downloaded the free trial of the software. I will not be purchasing the full package. But if I find something like it for free, I will share.

    Thanks again, Lynda

Well, there's always Wink. It's not nearly as powerful as Camtasia, doesn't have nearly as many options, isn't nearly as pretty... but it's free.

On the Mac, there's Snapz Pro X, which isn't free, but doesn't cost as much as Camtasia Studio. Also, in collaboration with MacSanta, it's 20% off through 25th December.

justG, Thanks for the link. I purchased the 60 US Mac version. Still reading the directions.......I haven't found any stopmotion settings(yet) It seems to be industrial strength in other aspects.......

Hmm.. stop motion? No. Wink and Snapz Pro are just for animated screen capture. If you want stop motion, you might want to look at iStopMotion.

    Thanks, Sweedie.

And for the Mac, the author of MonkeyJam (Windows) suggests FrameThief ('though this is about stop motion now, not moving image capture).
