    Red face Jean FERRAT

    This big French singer died one year ago;you can listen to one of his nice songs HERE;
    My drawing, as usual, is done mainly with the pencil, oil brush, without tracing.

  2. The salt and pepper hair and mustache reminds me of Sam Elliot. Nice work here!

    I have a vague reminder of his name, not so much of his face, but I'm pretty sure he looked alike, since Your portrait is a really good one.

    I did although it would be great to have the text oo, also for me who know some French. It's a nice melodic song of old good times I'd say from the style (and I'm not that young anymore).
    For some strange reason it made me recall of some past Neapolitan great hit, especially one dealing with a mountain too ... "Comm' bella a muntagna stanotte ...." etc.
    Here's the link with the text too. Anyone not knowing or understanding some Italian in Neapolitan dialect form there, if interested, may ask me for translation in case ...
