How to vary width of airbrush stroke?

I get what taper does, and in other brushes pressure works nicely with size, but with the Airbrush tool, I don't seem to be able to get the same range of thick/thin as I vary my pen pressure.

    Any suggestions?

Pressure in the airbrush adjusts the rate of flow rather than the size of the tool, so you'll get some variation due to slower build up but it won't be as flexible as the tools that specifically vary size based on pressure. Turning on autoflow and varying the speed of drag may help. We're also looking at other dynamics we can simulate in the airbrush tool in the future.
