    Panel Docking, Tabbing & Anchoring

As much fun all that floating stuff might be, i am not a great of it, i prefer it if everything takes as little space as possible, so i would greatly appreciate a docking-environment where you can place panels wherever you want and have multiple panels in one dock with tabs and the like (having one dock with References and Layers as tabs for example might be a good idea i think).

What also pains me a bit is that having panels at the bottom of the workspace is a bad idea since you will end up either wasting space or constantly moving them about because they change in size. If those could be anchored to extend upwards that would be quite nice. (I'll add an attachment showing what i mean if it is not clear)
