    Growing Old Together

    First try at ink pen, background done in chalk and knife, all the rest done with ink pen and knife , this is about a man and his hat aging together, hope you like it

    Very funny image in the context you gave. I think it's priceless cause it's sorta true. The look on his face is someone who is utterly harmless, and endearing, like a Gabby Hayes or Andy Divine.

    Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.

    Wonderful painting Pat! Very well done..... However I don't think they are growing old - they just have "character".... (at least that's what I tell people about me!) Fine job..
