    Serene Sea

Trying to get myself going on a couple of projects, so I warmed up with this quickie! Oil, airbrush, knife on 2 layers, using a limited palette.

This warm up outcome was very successful, so I can hardly wait what the main courses will take us!

A vision of the Romantic sublime!

mannafig--this started off with a beach foreground, but I decided that the sky should be the star. Glad you liked it!

Thanks, Barnburner! I could paint skies and water all day!

80+--Yes, this is my favorite way to sail now! Love it, but too cold out there for me!

Caesar--I never know where I'm heading! I let the painting tell me what it wants!

coops--I love soft, dreamy images although I try to escape to the land of color once in a while!

ScottF--Romantic sublime! Thank you for your kind words!
