    Tintillation

Hi Gang. Predominately ink pen tinting with some other tools thrown in for under painting. A little better if blown up full screen.

Clearly, this is a 1950s airport, with all the imagination brought to it by a kid. I either had or have seen short sleeved shirts off the rack in those days that had this kind of pattern and color. . . often accompanied by khaki short pants and tennis shoes and white socks, perhaps even a red cowboy hat with white fringe and lettering.

I mean it feels like a trip to a new modern airport in the 1960s that has grown past the small style where they wheel out the stairs, but now has grown past those mid-tech days to where so much is automated and large, needing maps to find our way around.

Something of a Los Angeles International Airport rising to the demands of the time -- in this case a consciousness paradigm step as a way of transitioning into a more aware of the world sort of thing.

So using that as a model, this picture is as if a sentient automaton, in trying, not to make technological advancements, but emotional ones, is expanding the new emotional side of things. And as such, to keep the robots from getting lost, has chosen to use the model from an airport in the 1960s as a way to get the other mechanical sentient lifeforms on board.

Hi Byron, nice exploration of new grounds, I especially like these soft shades in the background.

It's the way you snuck those lovely textures into the background that caught my eye.

Ohhhhhhhh this is great Byron as I know it well, its the inside of my brain working overtime. See over there is my makeup, a plan for the day ahead and hmmmmm the same confused thoughts about which I need to do first. Love it Bryon
