    Thank You, dear Doc. Easier to copy than invening, even if I don't trace or use the color picker. Just oils and knife (with a little drawing expertise and color mixing sensitivity) ...

    Dear ATPlus, glad to have You visiting my dockyard in here! After all it's Your fault if I got enchanted by Lady Agnew .... Thank You!

    I though You could have appreciated my modest and respectful attempt, dear Anna. Thank You.
    Sooner or later I'll target Waterhouse too then. I realize I've little merit copying classical masters, but it's instructive and I don't cheat since I don't trace, don't take measures, don't pick up colors etc. and I paint with spontaneity and reasonable speed, so, in a way, I reinterpret it ... just like an art student in a museum. Moreover I made two study sketches with completely different poses inspired to Lady Agnew without any reference at all I could possibly show together with the final painting.
