I answer support emails Monday to Friday New Zealand time. If you have contacted us a couple of times and have not received a reply, chances are that the response emails are getting screened as junkmail or spam, so be sure to check your junkmail folder and whether email from ambientdesign.com is getting blocked by your Internet Provider.

We don't send out unsolicited emails, but some spammers will use the reply address of legitimate users which is a nuisance. You can also send me a Private Message on the forums to let me know you're having trouble getting in touch and I can help you out. Just click the PM link under my message or in my profile.
