Perspective grids and planar objects turning

In a forthcoming issue, I would very much appreciate the possibility to have perspective lines and frontal figures and textures turned along with a surface i perspective (or even, at least, be able to distort objects, not only resize or rotate them).
    Panta rei (everything flows)!

There is this software called IllustStudio. It is from Japan but has a very nice Perspective tool built it. Here is some of the features that were translated from Japanese.

"The Process of Stretching the Range of your Expression"

Text: It's easy to apply, shave off, or add on (textures)

    At top: "mesh transform"
"You can transform the tone or shape of your image"

    At top: "smudging filter"
    "Apply anti-alias to your picture"

    At top: "Watercolor boundary filter"
"Put a watercolor boundary on your image"

    At top: "Gradation coloring filter"
"Make the most of a base image gradation's color"

    At top: "Filter layer"
"Apply filters to layer (the whole image)"?

    At top: "Text tool"
    "Very user-friendly letter-input"
(spoken) "you can change the style very easily too"

"Support for difficult drawings: Aid Function"

    At top: "3D Underdrawing"
"A 3D object can be used as an underdrawing"
(spoken) something like "in order to make it easier to draw poses of the body, use a 3D object to draw over."

    At top: "Radiating curve ruler"
    "Draw beautiful radiating lines"

    At top: "Concentric circle ruler"
    "Draw beautiful circles"

    At top: "Symmetry ruler"
"Form a perfectly left-right symmetrical pattern of any object"

    At top: "Perspective ruler"
"Draw difficult perspectives easily and beautifully"
(spoken) talks about using 'vector layers' to draw in and manipulate the lines

    At top: "Action"
"Increase the efficiency of your actions"
(spoken) when you use actions, you can work more quickly

    At top: "Image capture"
    "Record your work process"

    At top: "CMYK expression"
"Use CMYK mode when manufacturing prints"

At top: "File input and output"
"There are many ways to manage your files" (.bmp, .jpg, .tiff, .psd, etc)

http://inkscape.org/ has a Grids option which you can set to any angle you choose. also snapping enable/disable option.

All you have to do is set up your grid in Document Preferences, use Bezeir tool for your VP and perspective Lines, Export as Bitmap and Import into Artrage until the guys invent their own.

    Hope this helps.

There is also this software which auto aligns your drawing strokes. You need an up to date video card to run it but it certainly helps.
