    Talking Macaw Parrot

Hello, I drew a picture of a macaw parrot and tryed to make it look kind of water color i know its not the best thing in the world but you must appreciate that im very new to this program so i am still learning, i guess its up to you what you think i personally think its not that bad but im looking for some constructive criticism so i can improve on my work.. i have tryed to add in shading and lighting and used very small strokes so that it makes the bird look more fluffy than flat i used the pallet knife on the beak to make it look like its smooth and shiny thanks a lot for your time its very appreciated

You're off to a good start...welcome to the forums
Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.

You should be VERY pleased with this! Like the way you created the shiny beak.

Very nice technique and gorgeous colors. You're off to a great start! Only suggestion I can think of might be to create another layer and do something for a background, but it is an excellent artpiece just as it is.
