So glad You're back quite soon and fit (as for Your wit for sure)! I suspect You didn't use the ambulance for your two-way trip, rather an equipped bus full of bus-ty nurses to raise Your ... spirit. If You're still blue, don't worry, maybe they used too much Viagra. You may switch to Cialis to turn pink again ....LOL

Yeah, well you're doing great just by showing up. I forget who said it originally (Woody Allen perhaps?), but 90 percent (of success) is "showing up". I concur. So you keep showing up, laddie buck, and the rest will take care of itself. You'll find yourself getting pulled in to one painting or other and Presto!

Draw Vayacon PoseSkis with reckless abandon, matey!!!!!

We're having fun, and that's the ticket!

Missing my daily 'fix' by viewing your daily paintings Mr. Ploos. Hurry and get back to it!

Your blue painting made me think of http://www.nytimes.com/2013/12/19/ar...t-69.html?_r=0

So does this pic mean symbolically that you are going in for a tune-up? Ain't we all. . .

This here lad is the Jerry Lee Louis of guitar. Very very early rock n' roll.

Anyway, it's a good start. Go cat go!!!!!!!!

I know those bloody electronic equipment seem to realize if You're not a digital native and enjoy to play dirty tricks on You! So now Your situation is, more or less, "no skype no communication pipe", and You cannot but play your guitar nervously. Fine start indeed. The reference image painter is a French artist, not a Spanish as someone may possibly guess, i.e. Jean Baptiste Greuze and the painting is, if i'm correct, in Warsaw, Poland.

I think You're right! As for the white, I can appreciate different fabrics between the socks and the silky jacket. A skillful master for sure ....
