Yes I did - the downloads from Juz and Sos - did they come in those little packages?

Sometimes they are within a .zip file and you have to open the zip.

Mine looks like this but....sometimes it is just the .zip file I see here - depends how they send it to you. You downloads mightn't show up here like mine but you should be able to find them and just click on the icon. Of course if it's in a .zip file you will have to open that before you see the 'package'.

Then when I find it where it's saved and click on it - AR opens then I see this...and you click 'INSTALL'.

I've shown Juz's brush package but all the packages will work like this.

Gee, I wish we could 'talk' it would be easier. You'll have to go on Skype!

Heard she's trapsin' oot an' aboot in Yorkshire, oh ayuup. Moore than tha' I can no say fer certain. . .

So do it look like snow where ye doon Brighton way? Ye gotta have someone what'll clear a path fer ye, no?

Oh, I got an idea. . . why no sign ye oop fer Meals on Wheels and tell 'em when they deliver tha food they may need ta dig ye oot. Will show just how intent they are aboot deliverin' tha meals. And ask em ta fetch some milk.

Actually, they, being a service oriented lot, may have knowledge of some group what performs the shovelin' as a kindness. I'd do it meself fer ye, but I ain't got no shovel with near long enough a handle ta reach.

Stay warm and with plenty o' provisions, Mr Ploos.
