Ola .. took a walk through your thread. Very cool, I noticed that you're in great shape parabens. Congratulations for your work they are getting better every day, your mood is also noteworthy. Perhaps it would be interesting for you to group them together in a single pdf document type.

Hey Hey DOC Is that parabens good for the legs saw the local doc yesturday coss they bloated and can't put on those elastic stockings he reckons more walking to work the musules that way the swelling will go down then be able to get the stockings back on he said my ticker was ok and there was no fluid in the lungs which he thought was quite good

.....as for the other stuff you've forgot that I'm only a poor boy with hardly any education

Hi Jean thanks had to change the format as top oven shelf was 6" to high so this morning witha lot of swearing smashing I've Sucessfully put a shelf in the main oven

so the screen is 6" lower so now I can see what I'm typing

ok I will still have to stand but that is to stop me sitting to long when drawing now all I've got to see

is how it effect's the legs
