It's like I can track your thinking, when you're inspired and when you're just fiddling until inspiration strikes. Looking for an emotional feeling to engage you to make it work as a painting. Very good way to go -- keeping the artwork moving, and knowing the inspiration will come at one point or the other, and if not, you had a chance to see if it went anywhere.
