NOW, Keep an eye on your notifications for private messages in the upper right of your screen when you're logged in to the Forums (like now). You may have to scroll to the top of the page to see it. But it will be lit up next to your forum name and say you have a new message once she's replied. You can take it up with her from there.

If this is just the password to log into your iPad (not the ArtRage site, or using the ArtRage app), then you should contact Apple support, unfortunately my magic support powers only extend so far.

I can give you some suggestions to get started though.

First, which password is it? There is pinpad code you enter to unlock the screen for security. There is also the password for your Apple ID account, which you use to buy apps, and change some personal settings.


AppleID

If it is the password for installing apps and reinstalling your iPad data, go to https://iforgot.apple.com/password/verify/appleid and enter your AppleID email.

You will then be able to choose a new password, just like you do for the member area.


Passcode for log in screen

Is the password you can't remember the number pad one to access to your iPad? If this the the one you need, it will be harder to fix. You may need to contact Apple support so they can walk you through the steps.

The first thing to try is just to start iTunes on the computer and connect your iPad to it. You can then let it sync and restore everything.
If that does not work you may need to reset the entire iPad.

Hi Hannah my IPad is with (artrage) ok I know its a apple IPad but that is
as far as it goes ok you did send a new password when you 1st come to
artrage which was ok and was with my Norton but when windows upgrade to 10
I lost Norton!?? but then I never log out so was ok but then but accident I must
have ?? ok also my airmail has changed at the moment on IPad I can see all
but can't reply due to Password also having trouble writing this due to Reimage
as when I try to connect to internet with verginmedia as it quotes Automatic then
it comes up Disconnect so at this moment I'm lucky to be on the internet

Maybe the Apple shop will help you reset your iPad back to factory settings and you can start again as tho it was new.

Also, it looks like you need to remove Reimage. Here are some pictures to help with that.

Hi June thanks yes I did do more or as you have shown and clicked uninstall
it come up saying to uninstall Reimage reboot 1st which I kept trying until
1 fell asleep ok I know it doesn't make sence but when switch on the laptop1st thing in the it says you are not connected so I go to virgin media which
says virgin media you are connected automaticly click connect with 2 seconds it
come up disconnected so Ikeep going one to the other and it say connect I quickly click forums and if I'm lucky I'm on like today so I keep on the forums while dios is with me as if I move I be back with it saying disconnected
ok here's another thing when I click A/size7/font comic sans MS nothing happens are you any good at Chess CIAO IVAYA CON DIOS SLAINTE
