So paint us up a dream, MacDoodle!

I find that if I don't have anything to think about I get tired just cause my mind things that's the direction we're aiming -- the express boos to Sleep City. Once I get going though I'm quite awake. Try to find some joy in it, and you'll be like you drank 5 cups of coffee. . . Go man GOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!! Paint something you like. Paint a footballer or something. Find your desire, mate. Make it fun.

Doesn't look a whole lot different from the one you did with the mouse. Did it handle differently with the stylus? Could part of the issue be the settings you have within ArtRage for the tools as you use them and not so much either the mouse or the stylus pen?

Could you not adjust more as you go? Perhaps that would make more of a difference in sharpness? Sorry it's so frustrating. Give it time to get warmed up to painting again. You may be a bit rusty is all.

As to the Canadians, I looked up the horrible assault. So you remember those things as part of your life, not just from internet articles. The irony from going from a peaceful sport to real war in a matter of a week or so. Wow. The world changes in dramatic ways doesn't it. Contrasts and harmony just like painting.

Funny at the moment it does say in the booklet download software but I haven't bothered as it seems to B ok with my Wacom Cintiq 21ux so will give it a week to find out plus both hands feel shaky

having not drawn for 2 months so will take longer OK Capt'n Mac CIAO HASTA LA VISTA SLAINTE

The shaky hands is normal if you're hovering your hand over the Cintiq. As you rightly suggest, it'll settle in once you get to resting the hand a bit on the screen and raise it bit for the longer strokes. I can't do fine work without steadying my hand unless I'm doing big sweeping gestural stuff which is alright for the early stage blocking in. But my style is tighter with detail like yours.
