Sorry Danny see how good That painting is are you sure Your going to stay as a Cariture

artist as the Field as a Portrait artist is wild open to you ok Regards E+
Sometime's I want to paint caricature. But it's real hard to make it look funny, and still see who the person is. I dont hsve a rye for that.. But im trying....And don't give upp....Portrait is a wee bit easier. . Using different refs is the key i thinks to make it interesting. For Bäckström I needed 5 different refs pictures to look at. I tried to fix it all to one believable piece.... This drawing /caricature you did now,.. I love to see that one in colour. Very good start 👍

Hi Danny Thanks For your Thoughts on the Subject ok but lets make it clear as I'm
only a back street Bodger so don't take to much notice of what I say ok. But refering
to your portrait painting of Nicklas Backstrom if you can keep up that standered in

your portrait paintings with clients I see no problem apart from it being Digital yes I now

there are shops who will put your image on canvas so it looks more like a oil painting

if your client is happy with that again it would come down to the Costing ?? About

The difference between Caricature and Portrait ?? well I find Portrait is the harder

if dealing with the person as they must be happy with result whereapon Caricature

you have more scople as long as it roughly resemble them as the way they look at it

in a difference way will make them smile come what may OK Danny Grab the bull

by the Horns and Go Man Go as WE will all be Watching so best of luck Danny Boy

    How dee doo, MacPloos!

You were asking about getting more detail into your paintings. The best way for you, I think, is to zoom in on an area so the area you're messing with is big enough to see.

One caution, zoom in after you have the overall, general piece in place so that it keeps the relative scale of the details working.

    Go man go!

Hi Mr. Ploos - looks like Alf Garnett to me.
    June.

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way
Of all the little weary paws
    That walk the world
    today.
