Right, you can send everyone else away. We found our chief apple polisher!

    Very nice shine, MacPloos!

PoseDrawSki sez: He's been playin' the harmonica now, laddie, with no skill and lots of enthusiasm and volume. What next? The blues ain't ne'er been bluer.

ˇVaya con an archeological dig in me living room and unearthed the Arc of the Trash Can!

Looks nice lad. The basket segments might get shorter as they round the bend away from us. Would complete the illusion. But other than that the basket looks dandy.

PoseDrawSki sez: Best let sleeping dogs lie. . . or lay. . . or is that lying dogs sleep? Something like that.

not the Pirates of Penzance thou . Well Capt'n Mac Yes my weave could have been

better at they get going away from the eye BUT now as I look at it now I'm quiet Chuffed

that my weave don't look to bad ? but the pot look as if its got a tilt to our right and the

handle slants away I must have half asleep leaning over but the dog must have knocked

the pot when he settled down to sleep, but are they your wooden clogs under the brush

Hi, Mr. Ploos - you asked if I thought MJ used layers in her paintings. I have no way of being able to know but my guess is that she doesn't. Her level of artistic expertise with oils makes me think that she paints digitally the same way she does with real media.

There is nothing stopping you from using layers, though. Having each piece of fruit on a separate layer would certainly make life easier for me if I were to attempt a painting like this.

I do like your more colourful pieces but I think all your paintings are good (to my untrained eye ). You are especially adept at rendering intricate patterns.

    HOO ROO!

Oh God of homeless things, look down
And try to ease the way

    That walk the world
