You don't have the lyme disease but maybe the "blimey" one cause your British?? ^^ Jokes aside it's normal to feel from time to time a bit shaky and tired, even if you feel pain try always to take little steps around the house and doing even small physical exercises can be of great help I think, but I'm no doctor unfortunately.
