Hi ok as I can't use my pens so I tried an old one of Sisley's to touch up with mouse as couldn't think

I don't have those devices, but usually you can do at least a couple things.
1) email it to yourself from the iPad to your mail program on your computer -- if you have your mail working on your iPad.
2) I would imagine your USB (charger wire) from the iPad plugs into the computer at a USB port. Once recognized, it then goes automatically to iTunes where you can sync the two (I'm told).
I don't have one myself so I couldn't say from first hand experience.
So what happened when you called Wacom about the driver for your pens?
