    Peony Peek-A-Boo

I had been told to check my peonies for ants before taking into the house, but I wasn't warned about gnomes!

So wonderful and what a nice guy inside!
Looking to its corolla I guess it's a peonia transoctuagenaria as scientific name, commonly known as Eighty+aged Peony. with reference to an artrager it is said to remind ....
    Panta rei (everything flows)!

Most excellent work. Little fellah in there could just walk on out of the painting. THe petals are great too!

Great colors...I like this painting a lot...
Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.

80+: I think the gnome left his tree house to camp out in the cooler peony for a couple days during a very warm spring!
Caesar: I'm not sure exactly which type of peony this is, as it came with our house! It is a tree peony, and it is the first one I had ever seen. We moved into our house before it bloomed and I was amazed at the huge flowers.
Jasmine: Luckily, he doesn't seem to hurt any of the plants. In fact, I think it is his magic that keeps my garden going!
Magen:Thank you! I haven't done too many people in my work. I was very pleased with the way he turned out, so now I will start to do more.
semd74:Thank you! I have a couple of azaleas around it that are the same color and bloom at the same time.
