    One Layer. Oils & AB I love painting this color range. Magnolias are my second fave flower.

    Skylar this is a very good painting...Magnolia's are a fav of mine also.
    Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.

    I was hesitant about this one. I have painted on it a few diff times, bringing it up, tweaking it, and then putting it away again. I really love that glowing, warm light look - not always easy to achieve.

    skylar the only magnolia's I've seen are creamy white with a fantastic
    perfume how many type's are there ???

    80+ - Thanks for commenting. Altho there are many varieties of Magnolia, the blossoms are all white or near white. I used Artistic License here to produce an image as it might appear in low, warm light. Here is the ref image
