    The Kind Fairies

    The Kind Fairies
    By S.J. Alexander 12-2010

Splashes of olive, red, and, lavender
    They dance in gentle showers
Rain, yes rain, fall down on me
    We love our flowers
    They grow for me
    No said the other....for me!

    In the flower box
    Deep within the clay pot
    The old woman plants
    Seeds from a parking lot
    She had no hope
    Haha, she had no hope!

    We shall dance
We shall sing her to sleep
No more shall the old woman
    Cry and weep
    Tomorrow shall be sparkles
In her eyes shall there be sparkles!

Now she will need no money
Her worries shall go far away
In the morn she shall rise
    Ready for the new day!
    Thank you kind ladies!
She shall sing, thank you little ladies!

The fairies are mischievous and vain, but kindly help the old woman with her daily needs. I hope you like it.

Very beautiful Sandra and the poem was good too...
Try to see as many angles of vision as possible...no single one of us has a "handle" on the whole picture.

The image is once again an elegant and well done one and I chased the fairies until I eventually saw an evanescent one. Quite natural considering they are very shy and difficult to see ...
Congratulations for Your poetry, when You was a gentleman and Your name was Alexander instead.
    Panta rei (everything flows)!

What a fascinating effect, Alexandra! Love how the poem and the painting work together.
The only problem with humor is that no one takes it seriously.
