Prince William and Kate Middleton announce to marry

And somebody at Buckingham Palace is very happy.

On the day that Prince William and Kate Middleton annouce to marry I visted London with Google Streetview, made a screen drop, changed the air to a more Autumn like scenery and painted Buckingham Palace with AR oil brush. Original screendrop is added for comparison.

Btw during my childhood I visited London often together with my parents and sistes and I well remember the pale red paved road, the Mall, watching the changement of the guards. I wanted to exeggarate this AR painting by adding a road colour matching sky which makes the painting to a whole. Size: 800 x 600 mm, 140 dpi.

Your excellent interpretation of the references You confirmed here too show the outstanding artistic talent You've got, dear mate.
I just wonder which size You approximately set for the canvas when You start Your paintings (apart from the rectangle ratio that depends from the subject).

    Hi Ceasar,

I start painting on a 'print size' (see menu "Edit", sub menu "Resize the painting...") of 800 x 600 mm, 140 dpi. When the ArtRage painting is ready I save it as a JPG. I upload the JPG to a canvas printing company to receive a nice and convincing painting some days later. Then I finalize the print with a pork brush and "Talens Amsterdam Gel Medium 094 Gloss" (that's a transparancy drying thickening gel: Google it) to put a paintery effect on top of my canvas print. Works very good!

    I work with ArtRage Pro.

    Dear Briex,
I'm very grateful for Your prompt and very useful answer.
I'm also deeply impressed by Your mastery working so finely on a not that big size.
Thank You very much and my warmest conratulations, dear mate!
