    A reasonable price for art.

What does that tell you where credibility comes from. Certainly not the artists themselves.

The spin jockeys are in the basement spinning straw into gold. If you can convince somebody that it's worth that price, then, presto change-o, it's magically worth that price.

Digital picture - this is the set of pixels of different colors, eventually expressed in a sequence of bits:
    01000111011011110110010000100000011001010111100001 10100101110011011101000111001100100001 etc
    (It just says "God exists!").
Are you interested in the pricing of such pictures?

print of digital art are little drops of inkt on paper.
do you want to pay for those little drop of inkt on paper

even if it is a digital download, mostly there was allot of time needed for creating an art piece and that's a part we also have calculate to evaluate for setting our price, plus allot more.
that gives us an idea of the price we want to ask

When I calculate the price for my art, I do the following:

1, Think about the cost. If I spent $30 on the canvas and paints but sell for $20- FAIL.

2, Think abou the copies Im gonna make and how many Im gonna sell. If each picture worth $30 and I have 100 of them (spent $3000 in total), and if I still sell it for $30 each but only sold 50 ($1500 back)- FAIL. So if I knew Im gonna sell around 50 copies, sell each one $60. Double the price is quite reasonable here.

3, Think abou the value in the picture. People would like to pay more for better looking images, so if I sell super good art in super cheap price- FAIL. The price can be even tripled here.

    4. Think about myself. Of course I need to make money, so raise the price a bit more when I need more.

Those expensive 'modern art' do not count. These are more than just value and cost.

I sometimes wonder: if translated into 3D that we have drawn the world - it will be horrible or wonderful?
Everything depends on the creator. Or from the customer?
