All most there! To do .... add more shading (outer wheel hub), combine layers, start under painting. Add some suggestion of a background.

There is something missing on the back right wheel... the part near the shadow...

Ah Yes, I see it now that you point it out. I went nuts on a lower layer. Now I just need to erase that shadow on the lower layer. That's why I like to sleep on changes. Thanks for pointing that out kaiko.
