Question Auto naming saved projects? (very eerie)

Just a question really? I was working on a project this evening and when I went to save it, it automatically saved it as "the sacrifice of issacc." I don't recall seeing anything regarding an auto naming feature. All of my other projects are simply default titles and numbered in order. Is this some kind of Easter egg? Any info would be much obliged thanks in advance!

It's an "Easter Egg" A little fun, every once and a while one of your works will be named after an old famous piece! Don't be alarmed, smile and change it or leave it the masterpiece! The rage team also has a cat named Tycho, I'm waiting for his face to appear somewhere on the iPad version like it does on the desktop app!

    Cheers!

Thanks for the reply Susan! It is a cool feature, definitely. Just wanted to make sure it wasn't a ghost in the machine curse you my superstitious nature! Now if I can only get it to liken my work to davinci, I'll be rocking!

It's our way of adding a little inspiration to the application!

I have to confess, there's no Tycho in there yet. We had to carefully document our easter eggs for the submissions team so we didn't slip anything in at the last minute. That's not to say he might not get added in a new revision though...

A simple version would be good on iPod Touch or iPhone. Not sure how the tool pod or color pod could be downsized though. Frankly, the reason I didn't like the other art programs was having to switch back and forth when painting. I want to touch and go like I can in iPad.

Maybe only having the oil brush, watercolor brush, ink pen and pallette brush would be all that's needed for basic painting (sketching) on the smaller device.

    Hi Guys,

When you get round to this, could you incorporate an A3 printer and a projector output? Dave could do this in his lunch break.

When did Dave start getting a lunch break?

Regarding a version for iPhone/iPod Touch - ArtRage for iPad does use some iPad specific features but with the upcoming iOS changes that may not be such an issue. At the moment however we're focused on the desktop and iPad versions, so there are no immediate plans to do another version for the smaller screen devices.
