Love it coops! Great use of having your darkest dark against your lightest light to make the flower pop and a touch of drama! Al

    coops,
So inviting is "Light in the Woods." It entices the onlooker to linger
and embrace the beauty of the setting. Soft shadows announce
the bright colors of the delicate wild flowers. A most delightful piece.

If you look at it in a certain way, it almost appears as tho there are people behind that foliage.
Why are they hiding in the woods, and where are they going??
    Inquiring minds want to know.....

    Great job Coops.

    barnburner,
I also seemed to notice subtle illusions of figures in the shadows.
Thought that my imagination was only deceiving me and did not
mention it because the painting stands on it's own as most
enchanting, with or without possible museful garden spirits within,
though as the lyrics to a song mentions ... "Wouldn't it be loverly."
