Very beautiful and a stunning style! How did You get this marvel?
It's something I would have liked to be able to paint.
The ground landscape is just perfect! The sky is more uniform chromatically and just a little bit not fully harmonized as color, if I may say, but still very valid. Usually warmer an darker blues are used in the sky upper part and cerulean in the lower one. Maybe some faint light tones glaze of pink or bluish green or even orange (to recall the near field, on the horizon may be interesting to test.

    Thank you folks..

Caesar. it was a simple painting by numbers job... I take your points on the sky and may experiment more, I did rush that bit.

Took the photo and ran edge detect filter on to produce a stencil. Went over that with thick paint to give me a line drawing and also texture. Then coloured in using oil (no Thinners) and knife to take the shine off. Used a number of layers because I'm too messy not to.

Very nice job Fraser! I've never been to England, but it does remind me of some of the country side I saw
    in Germany and Austria.
