    Lost At Sea??

A life raft drifts slowly across the empty expanse of the ocean. How many untold stories accompany the wind directed voyage of this raft?
Does someone lie in the bottom of the raft, hanging onto life, hoping against hope for rescue?
Is the raft empty, and if so - why?

Thanks to Evart for giving me the idea for making the water.

Evart - Thanks so much. I'm glad you liked it.

Caesar - I am very appreciative of your comments on this painting. I resisted putting more stuff into this, and keeping it simple seems to have worked. Thank you very much.

Coops - Thank you very much. Most of the time, I start with the sky, and work my way down. This time, I did the water first, and as soon as I saw what I had, the picture of what I wanted, popped into my head, and it came together really fast.

Jasminek - I'm glad you liked it. Yes, the loneliness and uncertainty was a big factor in what I was trying to express. Thanks!

Jo - Thank you very much. If I come up with the right idea, I might try and tie another painting to this one.
Then again, sometimes it's best to quit while you are ahead.... LOL..
