    Diamond in the Rough abstract

The roller and a little help from the knife were used on this one.

    Bobbi,
A sparkling, multi faceted treasure, unearthed by the hands of an artist.
This gemstone shines it's unpretentious presence in celebration of it's
    discovery. Just beautiful!

I like the concept, composition & color! Cool!

The depth is amazing, it's like seeing right into it. (hope I explained that right)

excellent use of tools..haha..better than those 4C's grading. it's even better when i view the larger version to see how you applied those roller strokes...ahh..did you use transformation/selection/copy tool to move around or just all painted on one layer? i guess not. just saw it. it's all in one painting process. very creative.

Pai, it really is good go see you on the forums again. I painted this with the roller with short strokes on one layer, just blending the colors with the roller and adding color without blending to try to get that glowing effect.
