    Just a quickie using oils and knife with another flower.

    very lovely... amazingly I think it would be a much stronger and dynamic piece artistically without the bee. then you would appreciate it as beautifully somewhere between abstract and reality...just a thought. love the composition and colors of the flower and background.

    This is like seeing one of those time lapse film sequences that shows how a flower attracts bees and dispenses their pollen, but with the story all condensed into one frame. The flower, in its urgency to spread life is spraying pollen outward and the bee is triggering the shower. Great colors, nice composition and a strong application of the paint! Al
