    Albino Redtail Hawk

First off, sorry I haven't been around much lately. This is the beginning of a busy time of year for me. I still try to fly through and look at the artwork at least once a day but I don't always have the time to comment. I always feel bad commenting on just one or two paintings so unless I have the time, I usually don't comment. There has been some fantastic paintings lately!

Yesterday I took my kids fishing to a little pond about 5 minutes north of our house. It's a small wildlife and nature preserve and we saw an albino Redtail Hawk. I knew there was one in the area from local news but I had never seen it until yesterday. I didn't have our camera with the zoom lens on it so the images are a bit grainy. Just thought I would share them with everyone. It was an amazing site!!!

Wowza! That hawk's the sort of thing that if I saw it while driving, I'd probably wreck my car. Truly a special site, Eddie. Can't begin to imagine what sort of omen it would be if you were the sort of person to believe in omens.....
