    Chalk Face

This is playing around with chalk trying that look of Saturated Color Images. Off Hand, I can't remember who does them, but I'm sure everybody knows who I'm talking about. I just remembered - it's Alkratzer!!!

WOW Beautiful! Beautiful! This fits my eyes like a key fits a lock

Now I know what Bob Dylan felt like when he heard Hendrix's version of All Along the Watchtower...

Nice work Sky. Just breakout the smoothing pen and scribble your name out with a flourish and you've nailed me perfectly!

    Thank you Sandy.
Al - I hope you don't mind, I don't often get impressed by another's style - But I keep going back to your pieces - they just vibrate!!!

Very, very awesome! Very neat style you have used here.

    All the best,

Thanks Sky -- Don't mind a single bit! I'm just a pale imitation of these folk: John Nieto, Stephen Watley, Debra Hurd, Robert Burridge (and a bunch of others.)

I'm very flattered that you like what I'm doing and floored at what you have here. It looks just great! Al

    Kenmo - Thanks so much!
Al - I think your style probably comes closest to Debra Hurd. Just using blocks of bright primary colors doesn't make your work an imitation. I, on the other hand, tried to imitate the feel you get in your works. I have always liked Nieto's stuff, but he stays very close to his proven formats, and after a bit, if you've seen one, you've seem 'em all.
