    Custom resources creation

    Dear Ragers,
a specific tutorial or manual with an example of the steps to produce our own resources, such as canvases, stickers, stencils, colours pickers and samples and pre-sets would be much appreciated.
The empirical approach has some difficulties (for instance I was able to produce a sticker, but not to make it become a pre-set for sticker spray) etc.
Present tutorials are not presently exhaustive and are on different threads.
    Thank You in advance.

There is a lot of good information to create custom content within your AR3 SP manual. The following pages have references to what you're looking for:-

Creating Presets / Managing Presets p.62
    Custom colour pickers p.66
Adding and Removing colour samples p.68
    Canvas Properties / Presets p.72-73
Adding Stencils to the collection / Adding new stencils p.92
    Adding New Sticker Sheets p.99-100

Custom canvas files need to be created as seamless tiles or the joins/pattern repeats become very obvious as they are tiled to cover the canvas.
Artrage currently does not have specific tools for making seamless tiles so they will need to be created with a third party software e.g. Photoshop, Painter
About.com has some good pointers to creating seamless tiles in many different software packages/plugins here:-
    http://graphicssoft.about.com/od/tex...ackgrounds.htm

With regards to making a sticker spray preset first follow the steps here:-
    http://www2.ambientdesign.com/forums...09&postcount=8
Once you have the correct sticker for a Sticker Spray loaded in your Settings Panel then open up your Presets panel and select 'New Preset', give it a name and click ok.

    Hope this helps

We've also got some plans for ArtRage which should make it a lot easier to create and manage custom content in the future.
