    Night Bird

I want a week of solid, refreshing sleep and this bird is going to help.....I hope he visits all of us this week....
All ArtRage 3, using a stencil of the bird I made for another project and which I think I'll get much more mileage from than what I initially anticipated.....

“The flutter of wings, the shadow across the moon, the sounds of the night, as the Nightbird spreads her wings and soars, above the earth, into another level of comprehension, where we exist only to feel. Come, fly with me until dawn.”

    - Alison Steele, the Nightbird, at WNEW-FM

This made me, uh... flashback to 1972 when listening to Alison Steele's late night progressive rock radio program. She always opened with the above statement which seems to fit this great painting!
