    Quick beach scene

    1 hour loose style with just oils(brush and paint tube) and knife

    Ah, an hour at the beach. . . now that your lunch is over, back to work!

    It has a different look. The same but different. Slightly stylized which is probably resulting from the speed you painted it. Simplified faster marks in the clouds and hills. Seems like you are including some warmer color in the sky maybe? Still shows your awareness of the components that are part of the beach.

    This is absolutely gorgeous oil painting Peter, but in honesty the canvas texture is overpowering here. I would really like to see it without the texture.

    I agree with D Akey. Somehow a bit different compared to your other seascapes, but by no means less impressive. The canvas grain works great in combination with the sky.Fantastic feel of depth. I am absolutely fascinated by these clouds. Wow
