    Vulcan Bomber at Sunderland

This Vulcan is at Sunderland Air Museum. Sadly this winter, heavy snow caused the under carriage to buckle and the aircraft is now pointing to the sky, as if on take off.

    Hi Alien23,

Once again a shared memory. My family and I were on a beach in North Wales when three of these came in from the sea behind us, The fact that the threw up sand probably describes how low they were. A lot of jet noise in a very short time in a very small area. Exhilarating!

Very sad about the damage. I must stir myself and go to Cosford Air Museum and refresh my memory circuits

This'll be a great looking painting, framed and mounted on the wall of a young boy's bedroom. Awesome!!!
