Neither diamond in the rough nor turkey in the straw, Ms. Coops.

It is a beautiful gem that sits there glistening.

Love the brushwork and the composition has an Asian feel, although painted like a post impressionist a little, thus giving it a turn of the last century continental feel, from Van Gogh to Klimt's decorative flavor somewhat. All the painterly ones who were inspired by the sudden discovery of Japanese prints.
