    Space Station Trinity

The scout ship get's a green light to dock at Space Station Trinity way out on The Rim... This needs lots of work but I'm pleased with the overall idea...

You've got a lot of creativity Fraser... I wonder how gravity works in the space station!

Thanks folks this was a style test using the select tool and the fill tool to get the angular shapes....

@uuderzo: The space station has a few Peter Pinckney Anti Gravity Motors running in reserve polarity at strategic places.. See one here..

Cool idea F-P. I loved that animation you did where the spaceship warped out of sight with a burst. Don't know where that thread is anymore. All you needed to add were some sound effects and you would have been on the BBC. It worked really well. Wasn't sure that the perspective would work but it worked splendidly. Very satisfying animation.

Pictorially, you could probably play with the dimmer switch on the lights for more drama (or comedy as the mood suits). That background space effect with the gas cloud is perfect and sets the bar for intensity with the rest of the elements in the pic. The rule is that intensity and contrast tend to pull those elements more into the foreground.

    Very cool work.

I would blend the layers in a way or the other ,
the spaceship looks like straight from Sketch-up (more or less),
