    Watercolour Try

    Still trying to get the hang of the water colours... Hmmm this one ended up with glitter, paint tube and knife as well...... They may call me a paint tart.... but at least they call me!!

    Reminds me a bit of a lithograph print as artistic types explored that process and the results. Looks a bit like I can see a lithographer's pencil/crayon type of marks, with a little ink bleed from those marks, and then the tonal thing with the color.

    Fraser, I REALLY like this. So many of the landscapes posted here take me back to my college days when I lived in New Mexico. There is an area west of Albuquerque called El Malpais National Park where I used to go Lava Tubing (caving). This takes me right back!

    This could easily be an ink-and-wash illustration. I don't know what you were shooting for, but what you got really works.
