Landscape painting (finished version) and a note of thanks ...

Finally! Just finished my landscape painting. I'd been working on this on and off in recent weeks (once having left it alone for as long as a week, actually). This was partially put together using a reference photo I found online. ArtRage 3 Studio, single layer of oils, moderate use of the knife palette, and liberal use of the Ctrl-Z key combination. I know I can do better than this, but I don't do landscapes very much; guess it'll take me a little more practice ... Anyway, enjoy. And THANKS go out to all those who provided feedback on this as I worked on it. Please do let me know your thoughts on the final product.

Very pretty. The sky looks awesome, sort of like heavenly. Very, very nice!

Omnimaxus I think this is terrific, and I also like the sky.

Thanks to all. Compliments are nice and all, but how about some constructive criticism? I'm more than open to any that you folks might have for me. I have to admit, I'm a little self-conscious about my painting skills and I found myself wondering if this latest iteration (the painting) looks professionally done, or if it looks a smidgen "amateurish" ... Be honest! Smile ...

Hi Omni, I like your painting. If there is something that you wish to change I would upload it to the critique section and read the tutorials, both are terrific places in which to learn.
