    Sea and Rocky Crags

I tried to capture a sort of a bird's eye view looking down at waves crashing against rocky ocean crags; sort of an experiment to see if I could make it work. Looking at it now, I think the choice of "view" may have been a mistake. With no horizon to help me establish depth and distance, it feels (I think) rather flat...oh well, it's a learning experience, at least.
I may redo this at some point but this took several hours (I'm pretty slow) and I'm ready to put it aside. Mostly oil with generous use of airbrush, knife, glitter and eraser.

    As always, C&C most welcome.

What a dynamic and beautiful bird's eye view, JB! What a wonderful way to capture the beauty and elegance of the sea!!! Your attention to detail with the rocks and water is just amazing as well.
