    Scenery-Tropical Rainforest and River

I use different colors of ink to produce this painting.
This painting is a scene in the tropical forest along the river-side. Sago trees grows in the river cliffs. It is a kind of palm trees. While it grows in a small group, around of the area packed with small trees. Only a few trees that grow up to palm size. In the trees trunk there are sago pith, may be process as a food, while the leaves can be used as roof houses (houses traditional past).

This is just wonderful, Khalid! I love your degree of darkness to light....it really adds a punch to this painting and adds a great level of richness to it as well!

Gorgeous, the plants have been done with such a fresh and lively approach.
